Disabilities Concerns Subcommittee Meeting Friday, August 15

Santa Fe, NM – The Disabilities Concerns Subcommittee will meet on Friday, August 15, 2014 in room 307 at the State Capitol in Santa Fe.

Among several agenda items, subcommittee members will discuss employment of persons with disabilities with a representative from Disability Rights New Mexico. Members will also receive updates on the Centennial Care for Developmental Disabilities Waiver, the Department of Health rate increases, and autism research from the University of New Mexico Center for Development and Disability.

Subcommittee ChairRepresentative Doreen Y. Gallegos (D-52- Dona Ana) and Vice Chair Senator Nancy Rodriguez (D-24-Santa Fe) will preside at the meeting.
