Disabilities Concerns Subcommittee Meeting Tuesday, September 9
Santa Fe, NM – The Disabilities Concerns Subcommittee will meet Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Pan American Center of New Mexico State University (NMSU), located at 1810 E University Avenue in Las Cruces.
Subcommittee members will receive updates from the Southern New Mexico Provider Panel, as well as the Department of Health (DOH) on the developmental disabilities waiver waiting list, the supports intensity scale, provider rate increases, and vacancy rates. Other topics to be discussed include autism services in southern New Mexico, and NMSU cleft palate and rural outreach programs.
Subcommittee Chair Representative Doreen Y. Gallegos (D-52- Dona Ana) and Vice Chair Senator Nancy Rodriguez (D-24-Santa Fe) will preside at the meeting.
