Economic and Rural Development Committee Meeting Tuesday and Wednesday, September 2-3

 

Santa Fe, NM – The Economic and Rural Development Committee will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 2-3, 2014 in the Bataan Hall of the University of New Mexico, Taos Branch.

Committee members will discuss legislative proposals for Renewable Taos, New Mexico Voices for Children, New Mexico farm-to-table and farm-to-school programs, Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad economic development, industrial hemp and economic development, and the New Mexico Association of Regional Councils, among other agenda items.

Committee Chair Representative Debbie Rodella (D-41- Rio Arriba, Santa Fe & Taos) and Vice-Chair Senator Howie Morales (D-28- Catron, Grant & Socorro) will preside at the meeting.
