Jobs Council Meeting Monday, September 15
Santa Fe, NM – The Jobs Council will meet Monday, September 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Gadsden Administrative Complex, located at 4950 McNutt Road in Santa Teresa.
Among several agenda items, committee members will discuss job creation in health and education sectors, work force development initiatives, improving operational and performance metrics for job creation initiatives, job creation in the border region and in the south central region, and investment in technology research gap funding. Council members will also receive updates on council-approved legislative initiatives and on development of the online jobs-data repository.
Committee Co-Chairs Senator Mary Kay Papen (D-38-Dona Ana) and Representative W. Ken Martinez (D-69- Bernalillo, Cibola, McKinley, Socorro, San Juan & Valencia) will preside at the meeting.
