WHAT: Senator Michael Padilla will be speaking about Senate Bills 28, 29, 30, 141, 142 and 143, which are designed to help New Mexico’s economy by ensuring that homeowners have a fair chance to remain in their homes and continue paying their mortgages; or to leave with dignity.
