Military and Veterans’ Affairs Committee Meeting Monday, November 17

Santa Fe, NM – The Military and Veterans’ Affairs Committee will meet on Monday, November 17, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 309 of the State Capitol in Santa Fe.

Committee members will discuss veteran cemetery requirements, the Veterans’ Procurement Preference Assessment, and update on New Mexico National Guard State Defense Force, the Goodwill Homeless Veteran Integration Program, the Disabled American Veteran Equipment and Services (DAVES) Program, and consideration of legislation for possible endorsement.

Co-Chairs Senator Richard Martinez (D-5- Los Alamos, Rio Arriba, Sandoval & Santa Fe) and Representative Rodolpho “Rudy” S. Martinez (D-39- Dona Ana, Grant & Sierra) will be presiding at the meeting.
