Mortgage Finance Authority Act Oversight Committee Meeting Thursday, November 13

Santa Fe, NM – The Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Act Oversight Committee will meet on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority Office, located at 344 Fourth Street SW, in Albuquerque.

Committee members will discuss changes to existing and proposed rules promulgated by the MFA, the 2012-2014 MFA strategic plan, a Foreclosure Process Task Force update, and the MFA 2015 legislative agenda on final review and endorsement of bills.

Committee Chair Senator Nancy Rodriguez (D-24-Santa Fe) and Representative Ernest H. Chavez (D-12-Bernalillo) will preside at the meeting.
