Mortgage Finance Authority Act Oversight Committee Meeting Wednesday, October 8
Santa Fe, NM – The Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) Act Oversight Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mortgage Finance Authority Office, located at 344 Fourth Street SW in Albuquerque.
Amongst several agenda items, committee members will discuss the MFA 2015 budget; reports on bonds issued, financing strategies and market update; the Foreclosure Process Task Force update; the MFA 2015 legislative agenda; the MFA strategic plan; and federal housing policy and budget trends.
Committee Chair Senator Nancy Rodriguez (D-24-Santa Fe) and Representative Ernest H. Chavez (D-12-Bernalillo) will preside at the meeting.
