New Mexico Finance Authority Oversight Committee Meeting September 10-12
Santa Fe, NM – The New Mexico Finance Authority Oversight Committee will meet Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, September 10-12, 2014 in Belen and Los Lunas.
Committee members will discuss disclosure of governmental gross receipts tax revenue amounts, delegation of duties for certain securities issuances, the public project revolving fund, proposed legislation to regionalize and consolidate small utility companies, emergency water needs case studies in Magdalena and Hanover, Water Trust Board Policy Committee project approval criteria, and tax increment development districts, amongst other topics.
Committee Chair Senator Joseph Cervantes (D-31- Dona Ana) and Vice-Chair Representative Patricia A. Lundstrom (D-9- McKinley & San Juan) will preside at the meeting.
