Senator Mimi Stewart to Host Legislative Town Hall Meeting Sunday, February 22, in Albuquerque
Santa Fe, NM – State Senator Mimi Stewart (D-17-Bernalillo), with State Representative Stephanie Maez (D-21-Bernalillo), will host a public legislative town hall meeting on Sunday, February 22, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Hawthorne Elementary School in Albuquerque.
Sen. Stewart and Rep. Maez say they would like to use the town hall to hear their constituents’ concerns about the current session and answer any questions about the Legislature they might have.
“As elected officials we are always looking forward to hearing from our neighbors about what issues are important to them. We hope that the public takes this opportunity to come and share ideas or concerns so that we can continue to improve and move our community forward,” Sen. Stewart said.
